identify projects in your life.  I believe all students have worked on and led projects, even though you may not think of them as projects.  Use the template and follow it closely, and I hope you agree with me that you are already a project manager.  

Here is a hint about my grading philosophy for most of the assignments.  Envision me as your manager, not as your professor. When working on these assignments, your minimum expectation should be “is this work good enough?” and “does it meet the requirements”?  Assignments, both individual and group assignments are designed to be a bit vague.  That is because real life is imprecise.  Also, vagueness provides you with a degree of flexibility to exercise your best judgment.
