I have never taken a personality test. The HumanMetrics Jung Typology Test results were a bit of a shock to me and in part therealization of my personality type. My personality typeaccording to the test is INTJ. INTJ is defined as follows: INTJ is one of the 16 personality types identified by the Myers – Briggs Type indicator (verywellmind.com, July 4,2021),and it is divided like this: Introvert (3%) Intuitive (3%) Thinking (1%) Judging (16%) (humanmetrics.com, 2022). The different personality types can and do impact organizational behavior in criminal justice organizations in many ways. Depending on the personality type, it can create a flow or chaos. There are several organizational behavior challenges in criminal justice organizations.
