Part I: Training – Paper Submission

This semester we will be learning about a variety of issues and concerns Managers are faced within the workplace. For that, the purpose of this final assignment is to put yourself in the role of a Manager and develop a training for your employees. To help develop your training you will be completing the following items:

Section 1. Based on the topics provided in the textbook, what topic will you be focusing on this semester? What is currently known about the topic? That is, what has existing research shown? (Students should provide a brief summary of theories and principles related to their training topic, drawing primarily upon the textbook and any additional research they may have collected.)

• This section of your paper is due on Sunday, April 17 by 11:59pm. No late submissions will be accepted.
• This paper should be 3 – 4 pages in length, double-spaced, 12pt, Times New Roman Font, 1-inch margins, not including references and any appendices.
• Note: Please ensure that your paper is written in your own words and not copied and pasted from resources. Direct quotes are acceptable, but please keep in mind that this is only a 3-4 page paper.
