Select a brand NOT discussed in the book or in class that you think fits Moon’s description of a breakaway, reverse or hostile brand.
Write a paper (300-500 words, in double spaced Word document) that:
- Describes the brand’s positioning in your own words and why you believe it is an example of a breakaway, reverse or hostile brand.
- Evaluates its effectiveness in differentiating itself from its competition (at least 2 competitors)
Be sure to highlight which positioning element(s) you believe differentiate your brand from its competitors (i.e., its target, frame of reference, key benefit and/or reasons to believe. (Note: It may be helpful to include a table comparing the brands along these elements to save on word count.)
