This is the marketing plan part after the situation analysis. My part is to do the ORGANIZATION and IMPLEMENTATION PLAN. My groups product is a new app for HERTZ that is called “HERTZ NOW” that is similar to the app “Turo”. We’re also offering a Concierge Service. EXAMPLE for ORGANIZATION: 5 new positions for concierge service; New app dept @corporate headquarters -60 new employees. EXAMPLE for IMPLEMENTATION PLAN: Concierge 6-9 month plan, HERTZ now app 12-18 month.
