b.     Margins and Font type

                                            i.      Top 1” Bottom 1” Left 1” Right 1”

                                            ii.      Font: Either Arial or Times New Roman

                                            iii.      Font Size: 12

                                              iv.      No special effects such as bold, italics, underline

3.     Main Portion of Paper – 4 to 6 pages Must meet the following requirements
