1. The supervisor had asked for a Customer Satisfaction report from the Case Manager. It is
one week past the deadline and the report has not been submitted as yet. You have
scheduled a meeting with the Case Manager to discuss this issue.
2. The supervisor has asked John and Jane, two of his supervisees to prepare a summary of the
workshop they had attended on improving program evaluations. The report has not been
turned in and you have scheduled a meeting to confront them on this issue.
