Job business plan for working in orthotic and prosthetic

i had a job interview at a othotic and prosthetics office. The office manager wants me to type out a business plan on how i will run the office what i will do to help make it grow. we also have students who do residency in this office so i will be bringing them on and also will need to hire a CPO to work under me that has 5 years experience in some sort of management. 

Objectives: meet and greet other CPOS in the florida market, identify/brainstorming challenging patients, discuss changes in the OP industry, Discuss future of OP. i need this business plan to be thorough and intriguing to the employer and to make me stand out more then other canditates.
