P1.  Create, load and use a pair of parallel arrays with meaningful data, related to your topic

P2.  Load the parallel arrays with data from .txt files. 
NOTE:  The files MUST be named file1.txt and file2.txt.

P3.  Create and use a method to load an array with data from a .txt file. 
HINT:  Your method logic will load one array with data (remember you can only return 1 array from the method).  So that means that you will invoke your method two times.  Make the method generic, so that it can load ANY file into an array.
NOTE:  This method must be located in the SAME class file as your project program.  I cannot manage multiple files when I test your program.

P4.  Use at least one of the String methods available in Java.

P5.  Make sure that ALL of the user inputs are either validated or default to an acceptable value.  Your program should not blow up, if I enter the wrong data.

P6.  Clean up your program so that it is user friendly.
– All instructions are simple and understandable
– All yes/no questions should use showConfirmDialog() boxes
– All outputs and interactions are user friendly
– Use toUpperCase()/toLowerCase() methods to simplify String inputs from users

P7.  You must comment your code

P8.  Add another feature you want to include that is not on this requirement list.  Be creative – this is your last chance to try something new.
