3. a log for workouts a keeping track of work done in each session. where the user can create a workout(e.g. leg day) and in the workout they can log the progress done in each set of an exercise (num of reps and weight). this progress should be carried on to other workouts if an exercise is done in two different workout, like a bench press in push day and in upper body day. the user should be able to see the work done in a chest press in a push day from the upper body day, and vice versa.
