1. Brief description of how and where it is made in its country of origin including:
– A description and/or picture of the factory (if possible)
– Manufacturing strategy (i.e., just-in-time/make-to-order versus make to stock)
2. Are there any disruptive technologies such as Industry 4.0, electric and/or autonomous
vehicles, blockchain, etc., that might impact this product’s supply chain? If “yes”, then how
so?
