Please go over the purpose and end result and make any adjustments or corrections. They are just drafts. It should read what the purpose of the department or team leader is. The end result is what should be achieved.

Green highlights: Please read the points thoroughly and see if some of the points need to be condensed or put in the same sentence/number. You can also add points. Points in some of the sections such as the last 4 need to be completed.

• Yellow highlights: For each point in the green highlighted section, you should have a corresponding point in the challenge section that indicates what you need to do and how you will achieve the task in the above section. So number 1 under the nature and cope should correlate with 1 under the challenge section and so on.
• P.S some of the sentences in the nature and scope are repetitive so you can put them together. I have done most of the nature and scope but a few of them are missing so they have to be completed.
