    D.  Use your creativity and create a comparative matrix (table) where you present the five selected differential diagnoses (including the assigned clinical diagnosis).   

    E.  What diagnostic tests & imaging should this patient have been ordered to reach the probable (final) diagnosis?

    F.  Mention what findings are you looking for in these diagnostic tests & imaging studies in this specific case.
