Schedule Planning

Create a project schedule based on the information in the Marriott Case (I am attaching it as a pdf below) 

When did the project begin? 

What were the major milestones? 

• What were key tasks/ deliverables? 
• Where can you add project contingencies to your schedule? 
• Are key meetings and/or stakeholder touch base sessions in your schedule? 
• Using excel create a schedule with as much detail as possible.
