1- The journal should not be a summary of the course readings but should focus on very specific ways that you have or plan to apply the course concepts. If students are not currently working, they should consider ways they can apply their learnings or course concepts to future employment, learning team situations, community organizations, or religious organizations.  Course content: 1- Leaders seize the initiative themselves and encourage initiative in others. 2- Search for Opportunities: The work of leaders is change. 3- Exponential Times. 4- Challenge the process.
