Grafton High School Jaspers Critique of Reason Discussion

1. Discuss and ask questions about Jaspers. use textual evidence from Jaspers, Josefson, or Kant. I attached Jasper pdf, josephson pdf, and Kant pdf down below

2. Is Jaspers right in his critique of reason in The Way of Wisdom?  Take one of the mistakes of reasoning that he identifies, citing and unpacking the textual evidence. Then, apply that mistake to the limit situation.   Does it actually help us identify why and how people make mistakes in dealing with such limit situations such that people miss the opportunity to unlock Existenz or “live their truth?”

3. “The Fountainhead and the Spring” includes both a defense and a critique of Jaspers.  Explain the critique or the defense, and give reasons for agreeing or disagreeing with it.  This might involve a defense or critique of another version of “living your truth.”
