Jessica-
Since the first time taking the assessment in leadership to taking the DISC assessment now, I do not feel that much has changed. After taking the DISC assessment I see that I am a doer, I am driven, conscientious, and have a tendency to be collaborative. Although I feel that I am a bit more outgoing in work situations now.
One thing that I would say has stayed the same is that I am still very task oriented.
My specific results are that I am that I am a doer, driven, conscientious, and collaborative. I can be outgoing or reserved depending on the situation. I am task oriented, and I like to solve problems and get results while maintaining the quality of my work. I have to say that I was not very surprised by these results.
I feel that these results, while they may not directly impact my career plan, self-awareness is important. It can help manage stress, manage workload more efficiently, and facilitate communication.
Although there is a certain level of nervousness that exists when making career moves, growth is good, and I feel ready to be a leader.
Since starting the program my career path / hope has not changed. If anything, I feel more certain.
