you will need to come up with an action plan that you think will work best for you when facing speech anxiety. We will also practice uploading a video to Youtube. In your 1-2 minute Youtube video, I would like you to consider the following:
How does your body normally react when you get nervous about something?
How do you usually calm yourself down when needed?
- What specifically (if anything) makes you nervous about public speaking?
- How do you anticipate you will react to delivering a speech in front of your classmates? What strategies do you think will work for you to help you prepare?
- You do not need to answer all of these prompts. Choose what works best for you!

Since we will submit our two presentations in the course via Youtube, I think it is a great idea that we practice uploading to Youtube before we submit our speeches! That way, we can get the hang of it with a lower stakes assignment. Uploading to Youtube may seem intimidating at first, but it is actually very easy once you get the hang of it.
