Choose a person who is interesting to you and is considered “successful” in terms of what he/she has accomplished in his/her life. This person has to be “famous” enough to have had information written about them (that means really amazing relatives probably are not proper choices as topics). Then, conduct research on the person whom you have chosen and write a complete essay in which you explain what college students can learn from the ways that “Mindfulness” has factored into the person’s achievements. In doing so, you should include any relevant information that we are learning about this semester: Growth Mindset, Fixed Mindset, The Habits of Mind, Multiple Intelligence Theory, Wits and Grit.
