FIU Emergencies and Injury Instructions Construction Site Plan

Locate a site plan inside a set of construction plans, see example below.

Submit the following information in a word or pdf document:

1. Provide a site plan of the jobsite. Mark the entrances and exits and routes to get in and around the job site.
2. Give the address of the building under construction and contractor contact information.
3. Mark the routes of exits from the building and the exit points from the building.
4. Label the muster stations outside the building where workers will report to in the event of an emergency.
5. Tell workers how to summon help for emergency services.
6. Tell workers how to report an injury and who to report an injury, too.
7. Find the closest hospital and clinic to the construction site and provide directions and a map to each location.
