1. I think you need to present a table with the analyzed data as to provide needed detail on your data
2. The background or lit review must be more focused on your variables and the countries you are focusing on: Bangladesh and the US.
3. In our class; and global health literature we use high income vs developed and low income vs. underdeveloped.
4. On page 8 your definition of developed vs. underdeveloped needs to be the one used by the world bank in our class. There is no reference.
5. Check that your statements are supported by references and citations.
6. In sum,  the manuscripts need to be more focused on your variables of interest and include more literature on vaccine access.
