Part 1: Summarize the benefits and detriments of EACH of the 3 diet archetypes we have investigated (IIFYM, circadian rhythms, and meal frequency).
Part 2: Let’s say three friends comes to you telling you they are about to follow one of the above diets (IIFYM, circadian rhythms, and meal frequency) very diligently. Please write any practical recommendations you have for them for EACH of the diets to ensure best possible outcomes. Telling them to not follow the diet is not an option.
Part 3: For each of the above diet archetypes (IIFYM, circadian rhythms, and meal frequency), please tell me if you would recommend the diet to anyone for any reason and why. For example, you might say ‘Ketogenic diet: Useful for those with epilepsy because it has been shown to reduce seizures.’, etc. If you would not recommend the diet because it has no evidence for helping any metric at all, feel free to write that for 0 points – each of the above diets has been shown to have SOME upside.
