1. At one of your clinical sites, a hospital where you work University of Illinois or a hospital in which you have interest, conduct an online search for the hospital’s ethics committee.
a. Hint: You may need to try several search terms such as “medical ethics,” “ethics consult,” or “ethics committee”. You may need to review more than one hospital website to find adequate information.
2. Answer the following questions as best you can:

c. Who can initiate an ethics consult?
