What are the root causes of the variability in the output rate of the 18 vaccination lanes? Please construct a fishbone diagram and use a “Five Whys” analysis to support your answer.

3. What are the challenges managing the volunteers, and what would you do to both improve the volunteers’ effectiveness and ensure their engagement?
4. The site is planning to run from 8am-5pm, and you have 9,000 appointments today. You can start drawing vaccines into syringes at 7am at a rate of 1,000 per hour, and each vial provides six syringe draws, with each draw requiring 100 seconds.  At 8am, patients start arriving at a rate of 1,250 per hour until noon, when the pace drops to 1,000 per hour for the remainder of the day. How many people do you need to draw syringes? If the lanes keep up with the arrival rate, when do they run out of vaccine?
