There is no question that organic farming is far healthier for the environment and a more sustainable way of producing food.  Given the impending threat of climate change, coupled with an ever-expanding human population, the ability to produce enough food to feed us all without destroying our precious environment is more critical than ever.  After reading the Meemken & Qaim (2018)
