2. Apply concepts, experimental approaches, and facts learned in lectures to the
laboratory setting.

The Introduction should summarize what you already know about your (human) muscle (the structure of the muscle, the structure of the cells of which the muscle is composed, the functions of skeletal muscle, and how the cells enable the muscle to
perform these functions).

 The audience of this report is students who have average knowledge of biology or received a grade of B+ or higher in biology (so it should be concise).
