Instructions: Reflect upon the readings and podcast above regarding the application of the attorney-client privilege rule of legal ethics.
- Write a discussion post in support or in opposition to the decision of the defense team. Post in opposition to the decision of the defense team by drawing on the Virtues and Character school of thought from Chapter 14 of the Banks book and Module 2.4 of this course. (lecture materials/powerpoints attached below). Must be a minimum of two short paragraphs (at least 3-5 sentences each) and a maximum of four paragraphs. Provide evidence of critical, thinking and thoughtfulness in your responses or interactions. Avoid summarizing. Incorporate course lectures, readings other materials, and ideally draw from additional sources and/or your own professional experiences where applicable. Be organized in your thoughts and ideas.
