We did research (effect of covid on crime rate)

I have done data analysis, intro& conclusion, abstract, method, literature review during this semester. Currently, I need to submit a final version of a complete paper. Basically, all need to do is paraphrase (since we have already submit each section during the semester)and put everything together follow the rubric.

Your paper should have the following format and sections. Below is a reference to the Rubric and what I’ll be looking for in each section. SEE THE RUBRIC FOR POINT TOTALS.

Literature related to the use of differing methodologies to investigating the outcomes of interest is reviewed. Here you justify why your methodology, as opposed to say, just OLS, is more appropriate.

The review is an integrated, critical essay on the most relevant and current published knowledge on the topic. The review is organized around major themes. SEE the Annotated Bibliography assignment for more about creating “themes” for your literature review.

Descriptive summary statistics are provided in a table created by the researcher (NOT COPIED FROM STATA, R, or the like). For each variable in the analysis, the Max, Min, Mean, Median, Std Dev AND TOTAL Number of Observations are provided where applicable. For categorical data, frequencies (# of observations per category AND % of the data that are of that category) are provided where applicable for such data types.

• Summary statistics EXPLANATION:
• Highlights of interests inferences from the summary statistics are explained. Also explained is from the summary stats whether it can be justified that the sample data is a random sample from the population studied.
• Subsection: Correlation Matrix [bold]
• CORRELATION MATRIX:
• A correlation matrix is provided to show the correlations between EVERY variable that theoretically explains the dependent variables (whether or not such data is used in the regressions), as well as every dependent variable. (You can split up the correlation matrices in some logical way if it makes them easier to read, but you must have matrices that in some way compare EVERY combination of EVERY variable (dependent/independent and independent/independent).

The correlations between each dependent variable and the independent variables are explained and the relevant correlations are HIGHLIGHTED in the matrix and explained (for example, the variable of interest and the dep variable).

The researcher reiterates their hypotheses as confirmed in the matrix, or if the correlations reveal opposite signs, the researcher attempts to explain why the signs are opposite what one would expect based on theory or other rationale.

CORRELATION MATRIX: POTENTIAL MULTICOLLINEARITY:

• The researcher uses the correlation matrix to address any potential multicollinearity between independent variables and how they plan to handle such multicollinearity in their causal analysis.

• DATA VISUALIZATIONS:

At least three graphs are provided AND explained to offer visualization of the data illustrating interesting correlations or telling other interesting stories about the data (may or may not directly deal with the research question).

Subsection: T-tests [bold]

T-tests: At least two t-test are offered.

Results are presented in a table for each test or a combined table that is NOT COPIED FROM STATA, R, or the like — only the relevant information from the test is provided in the table.

• The Hypotheses that are tested are clearly explained and it’s explained how the two tests provide insight into the research question or interesting aspects of the data. The results are explained and interpreted clearly and correctly, offering inference as to what the results of the t-tests mean with respect to statistical significance and economic significance.
• Outliers: Research explains HOW they determined if any outliers exist in the data. If outliers exist, research explains how they handled such outliers (note, throwing out outliers is not necessarily the correct solution so justifications must be made).
• Conclusion/Transition paragraph is offered to briefly summarize what’s learned in the data exploration and transition to the causal analysis Section VI.

Introduction sentence rewrites the general regression equation that will be analyzed and summarizes the regression model used

For any regressions analyzing the SAME dependent variable, all regression results are put into one hierarchical table that follows the format of the table explained in the Economic Freedom Data Analysis assignment. NO TABLES SHOULD BE COPIED FROM STATA, R, or the like. Tables should be titled. Statistical significance indicators should be defined. If a DIFFERENT DEPENDENT variable is analyzed, a different hierarchical regression table will be provided.

Regression results are explained in a meaningful and clear way, breaking up the analysis into subsections if necessary. Interpretation of the coefficients are correctly stated.

For any interpretation that has little meaning, effort is made to interpret in an economic way (translate the meaning of the coefficient into an interpretation that the reader can better relate to).

Statistical significance is discussed for variable(s) of interest and any variables that have significance. Economic significance, regardless of statistical significance, is discussed.

• This section of the paper can be divided into subsections to make the analysis clearer (for example, if you have multiple dependent variables or you use different regression methods, etc).

Ignoring the interpretation of the results and/or incorrectly interpreting the results will result in a low score.

Reference to initial hypotheses are made, comparing results to the estimated results.

How the results address the research question is clearly explained and discussed.

The section begins with a brief Overview of why and how the study was done, reviewing the questions or issues being addressed and a brief summary of the findings and contribution to the literature.

is bounded by the evidence collected — shortcomings of the research are highlights, and

Recommendations for Further Research point to topics that need closer examination and may generate a new round of questions. You also explain how you would advanced your research analysis.

• The work closes with a strong concluding statement making the “take-home message” clear to the reader
