CSUN Week 12 Women as Religious Leaders Discussion

I’m working on a writing discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

(To what degree do you think that gender should play in selecting a religious leader? Do you believe that women leaders should be ordained? What about to the highest office in whatever religious group you are a part of (if any)? Are there offices that should be closed off to women religious leaders? Why or why not? How do you think the various feminist and womanist movements we’ve studied this week can inform and transform traditional religious systems?)
