Choose one of the 3 childhood stories for your discussion.
- Describe the (1) factual adverse childhood experiences of the individual you have chosen, (2) identify a relevant theory from the text that that explains why the criminal or delinquent conduct, and (3) how the family factors presented in the text contributed to the negative, delinquent, and/or criminal behavior.
Focus on the significance of the individual’s life experiences during their childhood and analyze the case based on the philosophy of the juvenile system and research, not personal opinion.
