For this assignment, students must read Traylor’s The Epictetus Club, and submit a paper which describes the following. 1) Who was Epictetus? 2) What was the Epictetus Club, how did it start, where did meetings take place, and what was discussed during these meetings? 3) Identify and discuss five major lessons you learned which may contribute to your personal growth and development as they relate to your future career (be specific- e.g. Law enforcement, Corrections, Law, Social Work, etc.).
