CC Pharmacy Communication types Reflection

Please write a brief reflection on the lecture today on
Communication. Please review the Communication articles in addition to
the class presentation particularly address your knowledge of
communication tools (e.g. SBAR, Call-Out, Check-Back, “I PASS the
BATON”, PPCP/SOAP Note, PEMAT, SAM, etc…)

Reflection structure:

• Description – What is the concept, experience, idea or theory you are reflecting on?
