Following a strict veg diet might be a good idea and healthy habit, but it comes with significant problems. Being a full vegan means that one would follow vegetarian diets without incorporating other important diets into one’s schedule. The primary problem with this dietary formula is its avoidance of the most critical diets, which include animal products and by-products. One of the foods that one cannot avoid is meat and dairy products. For example, I think it is not healthy not to consume milk for a whole week. Besides, it would bring significant health problems because it avoids foods that contain iron and calcium, essential aspects in enhancing human health. The ignorance of calcium-rich foods would lead to weak bones. In the same case, a lack of iron might cause problems in the bloodstream due to a lack of enough hemoglobin. Generally, I think it is not a good habit.
