Each student will prepare a class presentation relevant to health care, the profession of nursing, health care policy, and/or legislation affecting health policy.
Methods may include lecture, audio-visual aids, skits, etc. You are encouraged to be creative!
Prepare content objectives and a reading list appropriate for your presentation.
Each presenter submits at least two (2) annotated bibliographies relating to your research for your presentation to faculty one week prior to the scheduled presentation. Articles should be evaluated for accuracy, relevance and significance. Focus on author’s main concepts, issues and conclusions.
GRADING CRITERIA;
1. Clarity of ideas, organization of concepts presented
2. Comprehensiveness, relevance of research materials; documentation of facts.
3. Conclusions made based on ideas presented, implications for nursing identified.
4. Two annotated bibliographies.
