Enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, CRM, KM, CM, and ESPs are integrated by their connection to a central data repository that enables them to sync and share the latest data, as illustrated in Figure 10.1 in this week’s readings. We’re not going to get deep into any of these, but this week we will start working with Tableau, an analytics program that often taps into these larger enterprise systems, pulling data and reporting on it.

Your job in this discussion board is to research a company that uses analytics and report on how they use it, why they use it, and in what ways does it help their business.
