From an outline and a manifest to be provided to you, arrange both airport pick-up and drop off and shuttle service to an off-property evening event.
The arrival manifest is attached. Please figure out when and where pick-ups will need to occur, how many, the type of vehicles necessary, and the number of staff members that will optimally be needed. Remember to take into account the space possibly needed for luggage and the special service needed for VIPs.
Also, for a group party off-site, please calculate the optimal vehicles needed, times for service, and the number of staff needed.
