Each student will select a (current serving) C.E.O./President of a business or other non-profit organization and profile their leadership approach and effectiveness. The primary source of information for this leader profile can be sourced from any current: business periodical/journal, book (biography or autobiography), internet (Web Page) sources, and/or an actual interview of the profiled leader. The conclusion must speculate how the leadership approach of the profiled leader may or may not be effective in other businesses or non-profit organizations. The paper is to be 3-4 pages maximum length, double spaced, and saved using Microsoft Word format.
