Here his answer: I think expectancy theory is the most relatable, simplest and business useful out of all the ones we discussed. Expectancy theory is simply the thought that people are more motivated to preform or do task or objectives when there is a reward or incentive after doing that task. Whether it is in the business field of getting required licenses to operate a starting business or doing something as simple as doing an assignment, the expectancy theory motivates people to do these tasks because there is a reward and incentive at the end of it.
