In chapter 1 you introduced your business. Chapter 2 required you to think of the different types of data you may collect and analyze. Chapter 3 required you to look at the topic of data warehousing, and how it applies in the process of doing business. Chapter 4 focused more specifically on the Data Mining process. Chapter 5 looks more closely at Text Mining.

More specifically:

Before you think about how you might use text mining, think about the presence your business will have on the Internet and in Social Media. How will you use the Web in your business? Will it be used to conduct business? Or just for information? Write a paragraph describing your presence on the World Wide Web.  

How will you use Social Media in your business? What specific accounts are you likely to maintain for your business? Write a paragraph describing your Social Media presence.

Thinking about your use of the Web and Social Media as described previously, describe a few examples of how you could utilize text, web, or social media anaytics.

1. When you have finished, save your document (It should include the pages from chapters 1 through 4.) and submit it in the BI Project Chapter 5 submission box. The document should continue using the same footer created in chapter 1.
