Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:
- Identify documents and diagrams used in systems analysis and systems design.
- Develop activity diagrams to model flow of activities.
- Read, interpret, and create domain model class diagrams.
Instructions
- Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
- Using Microsoft Word, create a document identifying the domain model classes, and then draw the diagram for your new system.
- Save your Word document, titled “Stage 3—System Modeling”.
- The list of domain classes should include the following:
- Identify the domain classes and their attributes that should be included in the model.
- Refer to Chapter 4 for examples model class diagrams.
- Determine and defend which part(s) of the project each stakeholder will be involved in: planning, development, or deployment.
- The drawing of the domain model class diagram should include the following:
- The diagram can be hand drawn and scanned in, or the diagram can be created using MS Paint or similar application and pasted into your document.
- Include in your diagram class names, class associations, and attributes.
