They have over 45,000 employees in four locations in the USA, along with one location in Britain and one in Italy. JEB is in an expansion mode, and they intend to double their workforce within the next two years and expand into Japan and Brazil. JEB has an HRIS, but it is over 10 years old, and since they are looking to the future, they decided it needs to be replaced. The CEO has asked you for a proposal.
