Description
The final paper for this class will be an analysis of leadership demonstrated in a movie.
The purpose of this paper is to apply the concepts and theories discussed this semester to the analysis of leadership by one of the key characters in a movie.
In your paper include a detailed description of the leader behavior, the context of the actions, and the outcomes. You may have examples of effective and ineffective leadership to describe. Your paper should include a description of specific leadership incidents within the movie, explanation of the context for the selected incidents, and explain why the leadership behavior was effective or ineffective.
Do you view this leader as being a transactional leader, a transformative leader, or a charismatic leader and why? Were the leaders decisions made as: autocratic, consultation or joint decision/group and explain.
