Description
The team project is designed to give you practice with HR-related tools used by managers. There are 3 projects. Your team will choose an occupation and use that occupation as the basis for a series of all three deliverables .(Creative Lead) You can choose your own teams, and more information will be provided on the details of each deliverable.
In this project, you will determine what training needs that workers may have, how you will train them, and how you will measure the success of that training. You will not deliver the training, but you will be asked to develop a plan for training and its evaluation.
