Arizona State University Physical Wellness Video Script
Description
The objective of this assignment is to design and record an original 1-2 minute (120 seconds max) Public Service Announcement (PSA) that educates college students on a wellness issue of your choice. The issue you choose to highlight should pertain to a specific topic related to one of the 8 wellness dimensions. A specific topic means that rather than creating a video about mental wellness, you’d choose a topic such as managing stress, or addressing stigma (for example). I encourage creativity here, but it should be informative, appropriate, factual, and thought-provoking!
Make sure to use one peer reviewed research article frequently mentioned throughout the video.

- Geared to IMPACT a college age audience (but no higher than PG-13 rating as a guideline)
