1 article that involves a nutrition OR exercise intervention related to your topic. (Example: Two groups of female athletes, one group receives an iron supplement and one group receives a placebo. Both groups engage in 12 weeks of resistance training. Outcome measures (pre-post intervention) are included, e.g., squat 1RM and changes in total strength). 

1 article that is a review of the topic you are interested in. (Example: A paper [can be systematic, meta-analysis, but not always] that discusses recent literature related to the effects of high-intensity exercise and specific hormones that influence the onset of iron deficiency or anemia).
