Come up with a product idea that is based on a software solution (aka a “Digital Product”).  

Steps:

1.You will write a vision statement for your product. 

2.In at least 2-3 sentences, describe your product idea. 

3.Create a Project Statement. (Elevator Pitch Format)

           Use this format:

FOR  <target customers>

WHO  <statement of need>

THE   <product name>

IS A  <product category>

THAT  <key benefit, reason to buy>

UNLIKE  <competition, alternative>

OUR PRODUCT.  <differentiating statement>

4.List 10 of the major user features of this product.  

      This must be written from the viewpoint of the user.  

•       Do not list functional requirements (authentication, audit rules, transaction backout, etc.)

5.    Create a Product Vision Board for your project.
