Write a 350+ word minimum summary, in YOUR OPINION, and include your thoughts on the items below. Make sure to include all the required items listed in your submission or points will be docked. There is no preference either way how you cite your sources, however they need to be included in your paper or you will be docked points. If you are using your own knowledge this should be indicted in the resources section.

Cybersecurity encompasses so much more than having a firewall or intrusion detection system on your network. Provide your summary of thoughts on the following:

1. How often should penetration and vulnerability testing be completed?
2. Do you feel these tests should be external or internally ran?
3. Explain why a vulnerability or penetration assessment should be authenticated? What are the benefits and downfalls of running an authenticated scan?
4. The following two concepts are useful when locking down networks. Indicators or Compromise (IoCs) and Indicators of Attack (IoAs) are two terms not in your book, but availabile with a simple search. Explain what each is, in your opinion which on is more useful, and how each can be used to futher strengthen your cybersecurity posture.
