In this assignment, you will implement the world cities database using MySQL Workbench. You can follow the steps below to complete the assignment.

Instructions

1. Download “Database Implementation Exercise.zip” on the Canvas 

2. Open the MySQL Model, “worldcities.mwb”.

3. Change the name of schema to your name. 4. Based on the relational model of world cities, create a database using forward engineering.

5. Insert three datasets (city.csv / country.csv / language.csv) into the database.

• Hint 1. Don’t forget to execute “SET Global FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0” before data insertion.
• Hint 2. If you cannot insert data into a table after “SET Global FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0”, you may restart your Workbench to get the setting effective.

6. Capture your schema on MySQL (e.g., using print screen) and submit the image file.
