4.12 Was Watson’s study ethicalIn this unit,  we discussed John Watson’s research with Little Albert, in which he demonstrated how a conditioned emotional response (fear of white rats) could be acquired through classical conditioning.  Although current ethical guidelines in Psychology were not in place when Watson did this research, ethical considerations are an important aspect of current research in Psychology.  In this extra credit assignment, I would like you to critique Watson’s study with regards to ethics in Psychology.

Review your notes and the textbook’s description of Watson’s study (Little Albert experiment).
