Step 1 Approval Form : Fill in the approval form and have it signed by your business sponsor. You may show them the outline of the project plan tasks you will be working on.  You will share your Senior Capstone Presentation which summarizes your findings and recommendations with the sponsor after it is finished at the end of the course. 

Step 2 Project Plan:  Prepare  a document titled  “Senior Capstone Project Plan” using the outline below.  This document should include the project background section and the list of tasks you will complete. You must include all tasks in your project.  For each task you should also estimate the hours you will need to complete the task work. This is just an estimate. Remove all directions within the brackets and replace XX from the Task 3 list of questions. Make sure you select one data collection method in Task 3.  Then submit the Sr Capstone  Project Plan with Approval form. Do NOT perform the work described in the tasks at this time.

Step 3 Execute Project Plan Tasks:  Once you have submitted the “Senior Capstone Project Plan” assignment it will be graded. Then you may proceed to use the project plan info in brackets to collect the academic research, sponsor information, sponsor data collection, tables, and information to create a draft working document that will be used as the basis of your Senior Capstone Report. The work described within in the brackets of your project plan will not be submitted for a grade. It is your working draft!
